What is 360 Appraisal?
A 360° appraisal process will allows us to objectively evaluate your performance, using anonymous, feedback from a number of sources. These sources typically include yourself, your manager, your peers and your direct reports.
The nature of a 360° appraisal is fair and impartial therefore creating a more balanced and helpful evaluation. It uses the average scores of many, rather than the subjective opinion of one! 360° feedback can help to identify your individual development needs to ensure career development. The end results include improved customer service, improved feedback and improved teamwork.
A 360 degree appraisal is designed to rate you and offer feedback on your performance from people who know you and your work. Direct reports, peers, managers, customers and our clients, in fact anybody whose opinion you respect and who is familiar with you and your work can be included in the feedback process. This multi-source approach can give real insight into how different groups see you as a person.
You also complete your own self-assessment which is compared against feedback from your colleagues.
On completion a workbook is made available to you to enable you to continually review and improve in all areas of competence.
